A Simple Way to Keep Your Immune System Strong
The best medicine comes from the food we eat. Ginger-Lemon-Honey Tea is delicious, easy to make, and may be helpful in warding off viruses.
It's best to weigh the ingredients to get the proper ratio.

2 cups purified water
30 g sliced ginger root (about 1 1/2 inch piece)
15 g sliced lemon (about 2-3 thin round slices of lemon)
2 teaspoons raw honey
Place sliced ginger and water into a pot. Heat to a simmer. Let simmer 2 minutes.
Add lemon or lime slices and simmer 1 more minute.
Let the tea cool for a few minutes. Add the honey and stir to dissolve.
Drink one time daily, preferably in the morning. Enjoy!
